Remember Tom?

Day 123:

It was another crazy day of working 18 straight hours, but having it all end with a meal like this is priceless.

Today I learned how to make the Tom Yum Ramen at Bassanova. This is actually a modified version with chashu and nori. The actual version contains fried wontons. You may remember it from the last night of last September’s trip.
Anyway, did I mention that Bassanova rocks!
