Way back on Day 1, I visited Ramen Nakamura and ate their Tonkotsu Ramen. Today I went back to try their Miso Moyashi Ramen. Miso is definitely the way to go. The extra miso punch was exactly what the plain tonkotsu ramen needed.
This shop has been around for years and it is owned and operated by a guy my age. The space is small, but it’s still impressive to see him do everything on his own. I would love to trade places with him for one day.
