I’ve probably dragged this on long enough. By now, you all know I left Bassanova. But where next? Will the ramen dream continue or does this mean the end? I tried to think of a way to make it all dramatic, but then soon realized that my best posts are written when I don’t think much at all. Yes, I’ve left Bassanova and from today forward I will be working for the one and only Chef Nakamura. THE Chef Nakamura of Nakamuraya fame and Ramen California lore. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to pass the next level.
