Day 525:

So here’s the Tataki-meshi in action. The sweet ponzu sauce on rice is extremely refreshing.




I cut nearly 60 bushels of seaweed today to prep for the ramen events in Yokohama and Nara as well as the new Koshigaya store. It’s not exactly fun, but it’s got to be done.

  1. What is this ramen event in Nara?? Being in Kansai it's always sucked not getting to try the ramen you showcase here all the time, would be great to have a chance to get my nom on.
