It was another tough day of making soup and prepping for the upcoming events. Trust me, working for a famous ramen shop is no easy task, but every second has been worth it. As a reward, I got to try the Martin special: A spicy shoyu ramen with a little zing and a whole lot of zang.
This is Martin, the manager of Nakamuraya Ebina. It’s not his real name, but when he found out I had a middle name he wanted one too. So from now on we will call him Martin. Agree?
